We cater to both last-minute requests and meticulously planned menus. To ensure we can serve all our customers effectively, we appreciate a 24-hour notice and 48 hours for larger order over $2,000
Cancellation Policy:
• Catering orders canceled with at least 72 hours' notice will incur no charge.
• Catering orders can be canceled by 11:30 AM on the business day prior to the event with a 25% charge.
• Cancellations made on the day of the event will incur a charge of 75% of the total event cost, including delivery and taxes.
• Same-day orders are considered urgent (ASAP) and cannot be canceled once placed.
For orders exceeding $1000, which require significant planning, preparation, and staffing:
• If an order is canceled within 72 hours of the event, a 50% fee will be charged.
• If an order is canceled within 48 hours of the event, the full amount will be charged.
Special Orders:
Special orders, which are items that need to be specifically purchased or sourced from a vendor, will incur a 50% fee if canceled.
